Pursue Yourself
“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” – Carl Jung

We spend so much of our lives chasing external milestones (career achievements, relationships, societal expectations), yet how often do we turn inward and truly pursue ourselves? This simple but powerful idea is a reminder that self-discovery isn’t passive. It’s an intentional journey of uncovering what energizes and fulfills us, and choosing to live in alignment with that truth.
For years, I believed fulfillment came from proving myself; earning the degrees, landing the right roles, and being seen as accomplished and put together. But I eventually realized I was chasing validation more than I was chasing me. When I began asking, What do I actually want? and used that as my compass, everything shifted. I stopped seeking permission to live on my own terms.
This is the heart of coaching. People often come to it feeling disconnected from their direction or unsure of their next move. Coaching isn’t about checking off more boxes, it’s about helping you reconnect with your values, your voice, and your inner clarity.
Pursuing yourself means asking the deeper questions:
What lights me up?
What does success mean to me?
What kind of life do I want to create from the inside out?
It’s a brave choice to prioritize this kind of self-inquiry, but it opens the door to confidence, alignment, and lasting change.
