What is creating space?

Creating space means setting aside intentional time for yourself that is free of judgment, pressure, or expectation. It’s where we slow down, get curious, and truly listen to what’s going on beneath the surface. In our sessions, creating space allows us to explore your thoughts, goals, and feelings in a way that feels grounding and expansive. It’s often in that space where the biggest shifts begin.

How often should I schedule coaching sessions?

Most clients find that weekly or bi-weekly sessions provide the right balance of support and time for reflection. However, this can be personalized depending on your schedule, goals, and preference. We’ll collaborate to find a rhythm that works best for you.

What happens in a coaching session?

Each session is a collaborative conversation where we explore what matters most to you. You set the topic, and I ask powerful questions to help you uncover insights, identify obstacles, and create actionable steps forward. It’s not therapy, advice-giving, or consulting. It’s a space where you get to lead, with support and accountability by your side.

Do you offer refunds?

Because coaching is a commitment to your growth and time is reserved specifically for you, packages are non-refundable once the first session begins. That said, rescheduling a session appointment can be done up to 48 hours before the session if my schedule allows it.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes — confidentiality is a cornerstone of the coaching relationship. Everything we discuss during your sessions stays private and protected. This creates a safe space for honest reflection, exploration, and growth.

The only exception is if I believe there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else. In those rare situations, I am ethically and legally required to notify the appropriate professionals or authorities to ensure safety and well-being. My intention is always to support you with care, compassion, and integrity.
